經過一個月的前期周密準備，克服了多類困難，蘇丹全國油庫系統安裝工作在45攝氏度以上的高溫下正式進入實施階段！

After one month’s thorough preparation and overcoming various difficulties, Sudan Depot Management System enter into implementation stage officially with bearing the 45 degree’s high temperature.

根據預定實施計劃，油庫實施的各類設備、實施人員已全部進場并啟動第一階段的實施工作。油庫系統節(jié)點為本次實施的最后一個節(jié)點，在油庫實施完成后將全面形成油庫庫存管理→油庫發(fā)油管理→油站地罐交接管理→油站銷售管理的閉環(huán)模式，屆時蘇丹國家石油公司的成品油儲存零售運輸整體方案將更加完善。

According to the implementation plan, the implementation start with all the relative implementation devices and stuffs’ deployment in the depot have been accomplished. Depot implementation node is the last milestone of this project. The full aspect linked and closed cycle management of the refined oil retail management system will be realized when the depot implementation is accomplished: Depot storage management→Depot Oil distribution manage ment→Station tank storage handover management→Station sales management. Then the overall solution of refined oil storage, retail and delivery management system of Sudan National Petroleum Company will be promoted to a more perfect level.

為保證油庫實施的順利進行，由蘇丹國家石油公司組織的油庫項目實施前協調及啟動會4月2日在蘇丹石油部召開▼

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the oil depot, the pre coordination and start-up of the oil depot project organized by Sudan National Oil Company was held in Sudan Petroleum Ministry in April 2nd.

針對《油庫現場實施安全手冊》及《油庫實施作業(yè)標準》，4月7日開工前在GADRA油庫現場協同油庫消防安全部門進行安全培訓，并啟動第一批油庫的實施工作▼

Base on the Depot safety implementation manual and Depot implementation standard, We carried out a safety training to all the implementation related staffs together with depot fire department on 7th April in Gardra depot. At the same time, we declared the starting of the depot implementation.

為保證實施進度及實施質量，三盈產業(yè)集團蘇丹項目部在每個實施現場指派質量監(jiān)督人員，負責全程質量監(jiān)督及實施計劃的推進。

For guarantee the implementation quality and schedule, SANKI Sudan project appoint quality supervisors in each implementation field. The supervisors are responsible for quality supervision and promoting the implementation process.
